Hi, just joined again returning to m/home after a year trying a caravan...not for us!
Anyway does anyone know if the main route thru Rouen, France is exempt from the Clean air zone?

Hi and welcome. For the minuscule cost and the life of the "Crit Air" its a very worthwhile cost opening up France in general to your travels. I've assumed you to be 3500kg.
If you have any other vehicles they will need their own certificate, but again well worth the cost, it's not like Krazy Khanistans daily highway robbery charge being a one off charge for the life off the vehicle.
