We have just bought our first motorhome from a garage rather than a motorhome dealer and have a few questions on how it works. I say a few questions, just one for now, the others we haven't discovered yet.

There is a lovely large skylight above the cab area, it has a screen and a mesh net. Does this skylight open? If so, how the heck does it?!

If there are any other Pilote owners out there - HELLO! Any other hints and tips gratefully received.

Give Signature Motorhomes a call based in Preston press option 2 and ask to speak to Alan the service manager very Helpful

The Sky Dome above the cab on the Pilote doesn't open , I have a 2019 P650 which is the same .

Thanks for letting me know, I'll stop looking now! The fly screen threw me off the logic.

Next question is the aerial. When you get above 30mph it whips around and tattles like a mad thing against the body work. Surely this is a feature and can be easily solved? Tin snips??

Is it on a Fiat and are you talking about the radio aerial?
Could do with photo.

Sorry yes, its a little whippy aerial on the passenger side. It's a Fiat Ducato cab. A photo isn't impossible, but a bit tricky, I'll give it a go later.

just angle it a couple of inches away from the body , I did that with mine problem solved

Thanks for that tip, I had not noticed you could do that so simply. I've repositioned a bit further away, fingers crossed that works. Thanks again.
