Help!
The truma control panel has thrown a wobbler. Nothing working g and no error code. Gas full, 12v power full.
Tried reset on the panel and it rebooted but none of the icons have reappeared. Only the time and the settings are showing. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Try unplugging it from behind the unit for a minute.

Maybe a picture of what you can see would help?

I have tried the reset button on the boiler now, still nothing. I will calk the dealer in the morning. Odd that it has just been in for a service??????
Thanks for the replies though, much appreciated.

I will do when we have one. I spoke to the dealer and they talked me through troubleshooting. Nothing worked so I also spoke with Truma. They think it is either a fuse on the boiler PCB or, the panel itself. Fortunately, we have found a Truma dealer in Northern Spain and are awaiting their technician who should arrive in an hour.
We were heading to Toledo tonight but that is forecast for -6⁰ overnight. Last night was cold enough but bearable in St Jean de Luz.

Here goes. Firstly, great assistance from Truma, and even more so from Ypo Camping in Irun helped out and wouldn't take payment. They got a beer fund contribution anyway.
If the panel is only showing the clock and the spanner icons it indicates that the communication is broken between the boiler and the panel.
* Damaged cable or dodgy connection between the boiler and panel- No
* No power at the boiler - Yes!
* Chased to fuse in PSU, changed fuse. Boiler then threw up two error codes W255h and E507h. These apparently were gas faults but, there was no fault with the gas. The errors were resolved by a reset from the panel.
All fine and dandy now.
Onwards to Porto.
Thanks to all for posts and support. I hope the above is of some assistance.
