Could someone tell me where the pipe in the top right of the pic should be connected to?
All I can find that it possibly go is a rubber tube from the top of the power steering reservoir. TIA for your wisdom, hopefully;

No, it goes off into a wiring loom which goes off to the left and down by the rear of the wheel arch

I am sure that this engine is the iveco, which is used on other vehicles including Fiat and Renault.
