Help needed with cloud change over

I keep getting daily offers on my Samsung phone from MS wanting me to download my pics and vids from Samsung cloud into MS One Drive. SHOULD I SHOULDNT I ?

You can have both running at the same time, however you would then need a subscription to both I'm not sure what the 'free' storage limit on either but it's probably not enough for many photos or especially video.

I'm getting the same message on my Samsung Tablet. There's nothing precious on there so I am ignoring it.......and crossing my fingers!

I've just found this so maybe you should think about moving all your stuff off Samsung cloud. Lots of options, One drive, Google, Amazon etc etc.

My OH went into Three store 2 weeks ago to ask a question about Samsung Cloud and they advised that it is stopping and to use Google

Beginning on 2021-09-30, Gallery Sync and Drive storage for My Files will no longer be supported by Samsung Cloud and your data will be deleted, as explained further below.
Termination Schedule
2020-10-05
No longer be able to newly use above listed features
OneDrive migration and data download available
2021-08-01
Discontinue existing use of Gallery Sync and Drive
End of OneDrive migration support (only data download available)
Cancel the then-current premium storage subscription automatically and refund the last payment

End of data download support and the final deprecation of features subject to end

I've just transferred everything onto a hard drive then I'll restore my laptop, PC, and phone to factory settings. Like having a spring clean!
