Hello from Bessacar owner (1 Viewer)

I have just joined this forum and I am impressed with the amount of advise available. I wonder though, if someone out there can tell me why when I flush the loo does the water pump switch off; could it be a short somewhere?

is the engine running?

Our toilet flush only works when the engine is switched off.

I think it only works when on 12 volt ( the leisure battery)

We have a Bessacarr - you cant use the flush if the engine is running. You have to switch off the ignition first and put the water pump on before the flush will work.Not sure if this is any help! We love our van hope you enjoy yours too! However our pump does not switch off when we flush the toilet. So you may have a problem.

Hi Martyf, we have a bessacarr e560. On ours when you press the blue toilet flush button it auto stops when you release it, I guess it is to preserve your water in your tank to save wasting it and filling up the toilet unnecessarily. hope this helps
