Heating & hot water not working

The heating and hot water are not working in our van. No lights coming on for them at all and there are 0 amps showing on the control panel. Everything else working: fridge etc

Any ideas?

There may be a power supply fuse on the 12v habitation fuse board that is faulty , or it could be the 12v fuse that is under the wiring cover on the boiler that needs replacing.

You have it set to gas. Is that what you want?

If it’s anything like ours - if the input voltage from the mains or solar are outside certain parameters it won’t work
If you unplug mains does it work- similarly if you disconnect solar
We have had this on a few sites where the mains voltage was a bit low

No. They have it set to. Gas and twin electric elements, providing heating and hot water.

Looks to me like the controls are between settings.

It might be worth waiting for the OP to return before spending too much time on this.
