Firstly we had an email from John in France to say "don't arrive too late on Saturday as there's a dinner". Aargh
Okay. Doable.
We then found that Claire's friend in France is away during the week we are going to travel. So the route changed to miss out that dogleg.
So now we are basically going straight down the middle. Still toll free.
We are on a three night strategy to arrive in time for that dinner!
But where to park the van? The village doesn't have an aire at all.
Claire is worried about the fridge and its contents. Not having an inverter to run it when off-grid we rely on gas. We can't leave it on the street on gas.
If we can get a cheeky hookup then things will be better.... over to John to fix that....
