Just noticed that one of these nuts on each of our Isabella chairs had come loose and dropped off.

If you've got any, and the time and inclination, it may be worth checking them for tightness and maybe adding a drop of threadlock.

Cheers
Red.

We have them and they do provide regular hide and seek games.
Fairly certain it's a 10 mm spanner and the nut located on a brake of a pushbike fits perfectly.
Probably not best to reallocate from a working bike !
We check ours at start of each holiday now

If you happen to lose one you can get a pack of 10 stainless domed nuts (various thread sizes) at Toolstation for a couple of pounds.

I am always losing my nuts:giggle:
Put a drop of threadlock on each one before you tighten it, don't do them too tight as the chairs are difficult to open if you do.
It is a poor design from Isabella, should have used nyloc nuts.

If you don't mind the "excess" thread projecting you could use nyloc nuts. As an alternative, you could build up the excess thread by putting some washers under the nyloc nut.

Similar issue with my Lafuma chairs only they are torx bolts. No issues as I have a set in the toolkit

Very recently I lost one of the captive type nuts from my Isabella Thor chair. Hats off to Isabella I emailed them a photograph and when I returned home from a trip two replacements nuts were in our mail. Great customer service. I contacted the Isabella UK office via their support and online contact form. Hope that helps.
