Sorry will need to see pictures before anyone can help, I have a similar issue to resolve, but Hartel make so many different doors for many motor homes.

IF it's anything like our Lunars the door panels inside are Velcro'd on in sections left and right and the door handles etc. need to be removed first

If you can pull the white edge back you may find small scews that need removal. That what's my 2004 Rapido has.
