I'm going to put my motorhome on the market next week, it is a bessacarr 442 and it has 11 months MOT and the cam belt was done 6 weeks ago, but i have no habitation check would this matter to protential buyers. In short should i have on done before advertising it?

offer one as part of the sale if you cant get one donet one. beforehand, i have bought motorhomes privately without a hab check, but i did test everything and took damp meter readings everywhere, so its not a lost cause trying to sell without one, dealers will be less concerned as they will also do their own checks
