I've read manuals, Ive watched videos but I'm stuck. I wonder if someone can help? I have re-strung the door and virtually put everything back, but... I don't know how to do the tension at the bottom? I have a new tensioner but no Allen key insert <problem 1>. But where is th channel it fits into please ? <main problem> This is the bottom tensioner on the door. Either I have the wrong tensioner ? Or I need to tie a knot somewhere. Does anyone have a diagram please?
