Anyone use these people for their servicing?
Am thinking of using them when I get my new Van in a couple of weeks time, as have not been overly impressed with previous Fiat dealers. They are only approx 20 miles from where I live so reasonably convenient.
Any experiences would be much appreciated.
thanks

I used them for mot & service last year and previously for a replacement airbag ecu. I found them to be very helpful, friendly and not too expensive. They actually send your moho to another mot agent but will do a pre mot check up with a serice.

I suppose it depends on the individual branch, but I've used them in Wolverhampton and West Bromwich and always found them helpful and competent.

If you're looking for an alternative. Motorvogue have recently opened a Fiat servicing workshop in the old Desira garage. They have a 5.5 ton lift and can MOT motorhomes. I was given a tour round last week by the workshop manager. All new kit, very nice. Address is Western Way IP33 3SP Tel 01284 330999 They're next toAsda. Were offering MOT for £27.

Thanks, it was that Fiat Desira garage that I have been using on previous our van, until they moved. Damaged an alloy wheel last time the van was in for a service, and although they paid to have it sorted, lost a bit of confidence in them after that, hence looking for somewhere else.
Will drop into Motorvogue when next in Bury👍

Motorvogue have completely revamped the old, shabby Desira site. Even resurfaced the whole parking area and marked out motorhome bays. They're clearly after the Ducato market.

Fiat and Alfa specialist, Bury St Edmunds. I always use them for services. (near the sugar beet factory).
Better and cheaper than Fiat main dealers.

Unlike Brian, I was singularly unimpressed by them.
Yes, friendly and nice folk, but they could not even supply a stock silencer, nor a part number
Went to a local independent who had a replacement for me in less than an hour
Another member who has used them got totally ripped off and will never be using them again

Is this the new company Motorvogue or Desira who have moved to Morton Hall where they cannot accommodate any moho over 2.5m ! Good move ?
