Grey water pump

Adria Matrix Supreme 670 SC-2021.
Just arrived in Germany with half a tank of grey waste from previous 4 nights in Luxemberg.
Switch appears not to be working so a bit stuck…. Have crawled underneath and given the holding tank a good looking at but the release cover wouldn’t budge !! Any ideas anyone about fuse location or any advice would be very welcome !!

Did you get it sorted . If not then this “bump” may get it some fresh attention. If you did, what was the resolution? May help others in future.

Are you sure there is a grey water pump? I thought it was an electrically operated valve that empties the grey water tank.

As above. I think you will have an electric operated valve that has stuck.

If it’s the dump valve that’s not opening, ours has a manual release on the top a round nob you pull it up and turn to open the valve.
Hope you get it fixed.

Greetings all…. Thank you for all of your comments….
I have eventually found a broken wire and joined it and the pump ( I assume that’s what I can here) is working and I am now empty !!

Glad it's sorted, although it's aroused my interest in the need for a pump.
I never travel with waste water on board if i can avoid it (and only take a minimal amount of fresh). Had you emptied more frequently, you might have discovered the problem earlier and with more time to find a remedy!
