I was being flippant in my post but I could also ask the question. How would they know? We have members of Fun that have a Passport issued in the UK (even though its EU wide) but reside in a country other than GB

I'd like to know that as well! Possibly if they came in from a flight from the UK ?

Plus there are people in the UK with French / German / Italian etc passports.
