Just finished replacing the end housings on all four of my neighbour's caravan motor movers.
One had seized up and smashed the aluminium end casing in half, the one diagonally opposite only had one ball in it (no Hitler jokes, thanks !) and the remaining two, although complete, were seized.
Considering they're sited in the wheel arches, getting the full force of road dirt and rain, they have no protection from the elements other than their own standard dust seal.
They should have at least fitted a one seal bearing with an accompanying grease nipple in the end cap that would let you apply new grease and push out any contaminants. And don't get me started on the tiny M4 countersunk head screws that held the end covers on, where all eight of them had to be drilled out as they'd become one with the aluminium castings.
At £750 per unit (x 4) you'd hope they would have been better thought out ?
