Lots but slow learner.
We have decided that Gravelines will be our first stop on 7th June evening.
Easy drive down to Eurotunnel, do the crossing and short drive to Gravelines, job done.
Looking at the pictures we HAVE been there before, when my brother, our wifes and i did a month Euro tour in convoy about 10/12 years ago. I also remember that little village behind the site.
Anyway, Tues 7th June, do you experts think it will be busy??
I have looked on the website and don't see anywhere where pre booking can be done.
We have a back up at Guines in case.
Will be the 1st test for Billy and i not plugging in to EHU.............................whooo exciting:LOL:

PS, got me Angles Morts:giggle: Load of B@@lOcks.
PPS, French Passion book n card not arrived yet.

You definitely cannot book for Gravelines, but it is a big aire since it was extended onto the grass. I would be amazed if you could not get in. There is another aire just down the road if necessary.

Obviously the later you arrive the less choice you will have.

Should be plenty of room since they extended it otherwise there are several within a few minutes drive nearby.

If you get your France Passion book in time there is a stopover in Gravelines at an interesting bar/restaurant where they are building a replica 18th Century ship.

Estimated will be there between 4 and 5pm France time.
