Hello everybody, following on from my last post on April 18th, I had got bored jacked up the MoHo taken off the wheels to check brake pads etc, and then a lightbulb moment decided put new shiny Alloys on the beautiful beast.
So here we are no wheels on my wagon SWMBO ready to get me certified as we are on lockdown and I have ordered a set of alloys for the MoHo which I cannot take to the tyre fitters to get changed.
Alloys arrived I took then out the box polished them and the turned my mind to how I can get them fitted with my tyres, as I am in self isolation. ""Thank you China. !!""
Further to my fitting problem my neighbour had just built a super timberlog type cabin for his children to play in and it was close to our fenceline, he is a great bloke and we came to a deal I would paint the rear of the log cabin and he kindly agreed to take my wheels to his tyre fitter friend and get them sorted.
Neighbour and wheels arrived back from town, log cabin duly painted we had achieved the impossible. I now owe my neighbour quite a few pints "" when the Chinese Flu goes away"" and our village pub reopens.
Rolled them out to the MoHo and bolted them on with all the shiny new wheel nuts and locks, WELL CHUFFED, looks good. SWMBO sort of impressed.
Better stop there and do some jobs around the house. Boring.
