Hi folks, where would I find the gas isolation tap for the boiler in our 2008 E560? I found the cooker one below the cooker but can't get the boiler or heating to work.

Have you pressed the crash protection button on the valve in the gas cupboard?

The button is green on our 2012 e562

If it’s not that I think all the valves will be next to each other, 3 or 4 different colours but couldn’t say for sure.

MisterB had the same MH but the swift version so might know?

The gas is getting to the cooker and fridge but not to the heater.

Find this below fridge but yet to locate the white one 🤔

Have you got refillable LPG like Gaslow or Gasit?
I have Gaslow with two bottles, and the auto change over valve was faulty and stopped the heater working even though the cooker worked fine.

No, it's just normal gas bottles. Hoping in the light of day I can find the problem. It was dark by the time we got home with it. I think we will look into getting refillable gas bottles in the near future. Other than your faulty valve issue, what's your thoughts?

The only other thing I can think of have your batterries run low?
The heating takes alot of power and if your batterries are low it wont kick in!
