Hi Everyone
Having used Jet Washes on the Continent where an adjacent platform allows you to reach the m’home’s roof, I am struggling to find similar (with or without platform) in my local area (Cambridge) - I would be prepared to travel to find a jet wash with such space!
Hope someone can help.

Generally it is not recommended to use a jet wash (esp a powerful industrial model) on a MH as it may break the mastic seal on joints etc.

If you keep using them you will find your MH has sprung a few leaks. The sealer they use in MH bodywork will not stand up to the rigours of a jet wash and it will eventually break down the seal and let in water. If the manufacturer can see or prove you have been using one then it could invalidate your water ingress warranty

Have a look HERE

There is an attended lorry wash on the A47 at Wisbech where I have seen them washing large motor homes, might be worth a look and they will do it for you.

Apart from maybe wheels and arches, my advice would be to only use a jet wash from a distance to rinse a van, never to clean it.

Why on earth would you want to use a jet wash on a Motorhome. About the worst possible thing you could to it a sure way of wrecking it.

Used very carefully from a distance with a wide spread it can be done safely. My last van I used to snow foam and then rinse off regularly, but it was all with the pressure turned right down so no more than a hosepipe but a lot more convenient

there is a jet wash near us, which is big enough for a motorhome, the nearby rental and sales place uses it, we had a look but didn't see any way of reducing the pressure, and as it is an enclosed space, moving further away is not possible.
We use a brush and bucket, not got an outside hose.

Put one of these Motorhome washing devices on your Christmas list and see the smile on the Wife's face when you let her clean the Motorhome as a treat .......
