Had a Fulli tag for a couple of years now and works perfectly well in France and Spain. Expected it to work in Italy as the site says it’s automatic as you pass through the first Italian toll gate, to bring it onto the account.

Anyway, it didn’t work and I didn’t get a response from Fulli. I am on the Fulli Nomade version so in theory should work

Any ideas out there ?

I was under the impression you have to register for the Italian extension on the Fulli tag
(France, Spain and Portugal are standard, Italy is 'extra')
From memory the Italian 'extra' was something like €10.00 per month used, plus any tolls used.

Here you go,
For the Italy extension you need to upgrade from 'Nomand' to 'Nomad Plus'

Does anyone have any experience to share of the Fulli tag? It seems like a very good deal compared with others.
TIA

I got one this year France and Spain, it worked perfectly. There's been reports of the battery failing after a couple of years, and there's no way to check or replace the battery. So I'm slightly concerned about next year's trips.

Been using our Nomade version for about 3 years now. It's been fine.

There is plenty of info on this forum if you search about getting the banking details correct for invoice payments.

Thank you for that heads up. I’ve just searched as you suggested and that info on the DD will be very helpful.

Bought ours during Covid.
Didn't use it subsequently until last year when we approached the barrier with trepidation.
Worked faultlessly.

When it came to pay at the end of the month, I'd forgotten that I had moved Bank accounts
away from the one Registered with Fulli.

No drama. We received an email advising us of the above with no threats etc. just for info.

They waiting until the following month and took the money from the 'new' account.

I had similar concerns. Am told that it doesn’t contain a battery. Not sure if correct.

Yes.

Once set up, (for which ideally you need a Euro account).
Then it seems to work faultlessly.

At toll stations where there is a 'T' lane or a 'V' lane without the barriers, we make a point of using the barriers, you just drive up, the tag beeps and the bar opens, and you get billed automatically (often weeks later in Portugal).
It proves to us the tag still works as it should, as the overhead gantries that change seem to be intermittent .

I also worry about the battery in the Fulli tag. Mine will be 3 years old the next trip.
It would appear the battery (or whatever it is that powers them) in a Fulli Toll Tag is good for 7-8 years.
But they may start to get noticeably 'weaker' in the last couple of years.

The suggestion is to replace it after 5 years.

Our Fulli Toll Tag has been faultless in France and Spain and I assumed it covered Italy as well from memory when we purchased it, just looked at our last invoice and it says we have a Nomade+ so hopefully this covers Italy as well?

Our Fulli tag has performed exactly as hoped on each and every journey since getting it a couple of years back .
We had previously had a tag from another company for around 20 years. The Fulli is better cost wise and billing other than its requirement to have a Euro account. We got the Revolut bank A/C to comply with this.

It does contain a battery. They all do. I am one of the people whose battery was flat after about 18 months. I’m sure it was just a duff batch. The other Funster had got his at the same time. Mine was checked physically by a human with a machine at a toll station on an Autoroute in France. It had worked seamlessly in France , Spain and Italy until then.

My new one is working fine including on that free flow bit from around Caen Eastwards. The charge came up on my account within a week and the payment for that plus other bits came off my Revolut account after about a month.

I’m assuming this one will be fine.
