Fresh water tank

Hi there I'm a fiat Ducati 2003 moncayo halcyon 340 owner and need some help and advice on how to empty the fresh water tank when you open the red hatch on top and look down you will see a bung plus a white t-bar when I lift the t bar it starts to turn but doesn't loosen the bung what can you do with this or am I doing something with the t-bar

You just pull it out, when the t - bar is laying down it expands the rubber bung, lift up and pull. Bob.

The bung may have been overtightened and has stuck. You may need to reach in and help it loosen off. Be careful you don't overdo the tbar as it could snap.
