Can anyone tell me the mobile app where you hover your mobile over the text and it trabs

I use Wordlens on android if its still available.

Use google translate, it will even speak the French for you or you can get it to type it out. It worked well for us and you can hover and translate as you know.

Google Translate, point your camera phone and it will sort of translate on screen, but I think you have to have a 3/4g connection or wifi connected live to the internet
