Ford Assist - registration? (1 Viewer)

Having a few issues with Ford Assist - not that we have a problem with the vehicle.
Called the number to check the MH was resgistered with them - no record
Called the dealer - they say it is up to the convertor (Chaussson) to prompt Ford - although they did say they would prompt them.

Two weeks later - called Ford assist - same answer ...

Anyone else had a Ford based MH and had to call Ford Assist?

Our Chausson wasn't automatically registered so just gave details to Ford Assist & they added it

We have it.
Try your ford sericing dealer.ford assist is renewed by them every year if you have your MH serviced by them so might help.

Our Chausson came with Ford Assist Recovery included whilst it was under warranty & after that we used a Ford dealership for the minimum of a minor service annually as that gave us a years recovery at no extra cost BUT many dealerships (including the one we used before) are no longer offering free Ford Assist with servicing so worth checking & shopping around.

I am just calling the number in the handbook and getting routed to an AA call centre.

Just checked the Ford website & changed a bit since we registered ours - maybe try the Ford One Call helpline
