Floating screen in vehicle entertainment system X290 any regrets ?

Advice required from those who have fitted a fully floating screen radio unit into a X290 dash ie, does it get in the way ? vibration etc, Just they look so large, but i need to decided stick with as large as possible double din unit or a fully motorised head unit, Your experience please.
