Just had the rack delivered. The fixing points are already fitted to the van. I had assumed with my next to zero diy skills that it would be a straightforward fit but boy are the instructions complicated.

I've had a search for a youtube video as they seem to exist for almost anything these days but no luck. Plenty on using them when they are installed but nothing on actually installing one.

Does anyone know of such a video or have simple step by step guide available?

Assume I start by taking off the end plastic stoppers on both rails - but then should a bar slide out to allow me to remove the plastic oval caps?

The upper and lower bends which fit into the spaces revealed by the caps - they fit together but don't seem to have predrilled holes to permanently fit them together.

Any advice gratefully accepted.

That is a great find. Even with my non existent Spanish it's a help. Thank you.

I had the same problem, but once you see how to take the little screws out of the sliding bar it all makes sense
