Don't own yet
I have seen a 2004 N&B Flair 8000 for sale at what seems like a reasonable price.
It's a manual LHD and would initially used in the UK.
I can't find much info on this year and model re specs and value.
Wondered what those with more knowledge than me ( not difficult ) thought ?

If it’s IVECO at 2004 it will be 2.8 with timing belt not the chain that the slightly later 3 litre has, the N+B bit is quality but of course can still have been abused, front side windows are double glazed and often break down and mist up and are expensive to get fixed although diy is possible.

Excellent quality it will be an Iveco 2.8 145bhp, the Iveco 3.0 166bhp came out in late 2004 but 2005 is the earliest Motorhome I have seen it on.

Your proposed one will be a cam belt so that being changed in the last 5 years and full service history is essential.

Check the paintwork carefully, check for water ingress in the garage and locker doors, cab glass double glazed side windows need checking for misting as expensive to replace unless you DIY(Which is possible)
Check shower tray for damage, usual checks on Alde heating service record, window damage, blinds good, cab pull down gas struts, tyre age all 6, windscreen damage.

Edit, Posts crossed with funflair

Thanks, yes it is a 2.8 , I have asked for more details it has done 60k and not much more details other than price and the fact that the bumpers and decals have faded !
It is a 4 wheeler but some of the images of others show them as 6 wheelers ?
