I have a brand new tow bar I fitted to my Fiat ducato last year. Unfortunately the van has failed it's MOT this year and is uneconomical for me to repair. If anyone can use a tow bar and is prepared to take it off my van (6 bolts) they can have it for free.

It will fit 99-06 Fiat Ducatos.

I am located near Mablethorpe on a campsite (Jim's Jasmin Lodge).

I am not prepared to remove it myself and won't ship. You really do have to come and get it yourself.

However I can provide Axle stands, jacks, impact wrench and sockets if required.

It seems a shame to send a brand new tow bar to the scrap yard in a few weeks.

I also have Sill panels if anyone needs them. Collection only.

You can always book a couple of days on Jim's campsite and make a break of it..

Are the electrics just straight forward or are they specific for teeing into the Ducato system? I have a toe bar assembly but will soon be looking for the electrics to fit to a Burstner on a Ducato chassis !

The electrics are bog standard. But you don't want the tow bar simply for the plug and cable. That would be a waste of your effort and you would end up with a tow bar you can't use. Buy the cable and socket off ebay for a tenner.

Yup. Working my nuts off to save up for a DAF LF 45. Hoping to move into it in the next 2-3 months. Then this old girl goes to the scrap heap.
