any ideas?
Our 2010 Fiat Ducato heater blower only blows on 4. I’ve replaced the resistor unit already
anyone got experience of this?

Had this on one of my old cars…..many years ago.

The fan had manual contacts and the first couple had worn, so were unable to make contact. However, doesn’t apply if your fan is electronically controlled.

When your blower only works on full or 4 in your case it is because it bypasses the resistor, revisit the replacement connections.

Sometimes it reuires a short loom adaptor as the old one brns out as well.

Resistor or the switch. One of those will be the culprit

My loom burnt out before the resistor. Check the connector the resistor pack plugs into and the wires leading into it.
