I have bought one of these for extra storage as no integral garage. The bike rack is a fiamma pro-C and will take the box but is positioned slightly off centre at the rear of my motorhome to fit between the fridge vents and chemical toilet hatch. Should I fit the ultra box centred to the motorhome but off centre on the bike rack or centre on the bike rack but will look off-centre from behind? Thinking more about motorhome 'balance' / the rear wall / wind resistance etc when driving. Any thoughts appreciated..

We have the same box fitted to our centrally mounted Fiamma cycle rack.

On our cycle rack the channels the wheels sit in can be slid left or right by loosening their fixing bolts. Your may be similar?

To answer the OP’s question, I would place it centrally on the mount and not worry about the appearance. They hold a lot of ‘stuff’ for want of another word and they are heavy.

I would go central on the rack, they are not the strongest things, flex quite easily.

I forgot to say that a lot of the Fiamma racks are only rated to 50kg ....well the cheapskate one I had was....

I had to move mine a bit to the left by drilling new holes for the U bolts which clamp it to the bike rack vertical tubes. The reason for this was the box was partly masking the rear lights, however, it is the larger 700 box.
