My rather over enthusiastic nephew managed to lift the ladder up and snap the hook off when he was playing in the van. No problem, I thought (through gritted teeth) - I'll just order another one. That was the 1st June. The trouble is that nobody has them on stock (despite what their web sites say) and they've gone onto back-order, due for delivery in 2-3 weeks and we're catching the ferry in 2 weeks for a 3 week trip to France - and it's for OUR bed! :frowny:

So... would anyone happen to have a spare hook for a Fiamma bunk ladder that they were prepared to sell me? I'm after the right hand one in the picture below (but would buy a pair if offered, obviously!):

Fiamma part number is 1350772

Thanks,

Andy

bit extreme maybe, but would fix problem, then buy spare clips and sell spare ladder

Leisure Shop Direct say they are in stock at their suppliers Wearhouse, 3 days to get them.

Thanks - Yeah, I know, that's one of the people I've ordered from.

But their web site LIES!

Ferry goes 15:00 on the 13th :banghead:

Same story from several other suppliers - but if anyone has some actually in stock....

I've not ruled out a whole new ladder, but would probably try and improvise something first.

Thanks again :)

(Edit: formatting nightmare!)

Happy to report that I'm now sorted.

Thank you, internet. :party3:

Hello, I know that this post is old now, but has anybody replaced the ladder top hooks? Ours look riveted in, and don’t know how to get them off to replace. Similar problem, over zealous 10 year old. Thank you

Drill the rivet out, if you can't replace with a rivet use a nut & bolt.
