I was thinking about make a front and two sides to fit to the awning.
yes seen them for sale but would like to make our own.

the main front is no problem at all. That will slide into the front rail.
The side no problem making them
but would using the https://www.olearymotorhomes.co.uk/fiamma-awning-raftertensioner-6236-p.asp

on the edges work as well to hold up the sides. .

The sides that go to the motorhome sides is easy to fix t
with removable suckers or an extending pole like a porch awning.

so again do you think it would work right on the edge of the awning as the door is also very close to the end as well.
The other end is no problem.

or is there an alternative the clips securing the sides to the top awning.

I think it would work but it's an expensive way to do it, the poles that are used for 'wind blockers' (the net things) are just glorified clothes props which have the hook removed and a rubber 'foot' put on the end, these would work with either netting or solid material sides - which type are you making?

I am considering a solid type like a caravan awning.

windows in the front sect and a zipped door and small window either end.

the Fiamma awning. Tensioners take the slap out of the main awning as it is placed in the middle of the open awning.

hence I thought one each end something to pull the side awning over from the outside and Velcro to its self .
that’s the top part fixed.

Okay, a safari room type, one thing to think about before going to all that trouble though is will you REALLY use it? Safari rooms are one of the most 'sold on' pieces of kit as many find that putting them up/down etc a royal pain in the bum not mention storing them when wet etc, which is why a lot now use the wind blocker type or have free-standing awnings instead.

Thank you it is something to think about we’re no where near that yet but just thought I would ask before starting any thing.

do you think that the privacy front that fits only to the front of the Fiamma awning would n
be the better option along with some beach wind breaks at either end.

the reason we looked at this was we have two small rescue dogs one is o.k with other dogs but very nervous ..may bark a distress bark.
the other does not like other dogs at all and going by his past I am not surprised at all.

The trouble with add-on panels is that you'd have to block up every egress point so the dog(s) can't get out including under the MH whereas with a freestanding one you can just open one of the doors a bit with a barrier across if needs be, an alternative if it's only to keep the dogs in is to use a playpen so they can still go outside in the fresh air but not be able to 'escape' - we got one for our Minxy as a pup and she loves it even now, it's her 'den' so it's now a permanent fixture in the lounge!

Ours is the same as this (there are 2 sizes, we have the smaller one), you may be able to get one cheap if you search Ebay.

If you want you can remove the zip in top panel and turn it upside down so it gives the dog some shade.

This is Tazzy 'squatting' in it trying to get away from Minky!
