Ferry club discounts plus

We live in Norway and up to 3 years ago were members of the C&C club, we used some sites when traveling but also useful for us as we had some good ferry discounting.
We are planning trips back to UK and Ireland next 2-3 months and looking at joining one of the motorhome or caravan clubs again, can anyone give me any details of a good one offering some ferry discounts.
We will also be using sites in the UK and Ireland but seem to have read some threads on here that there have been some issues with some of the clubs.

I would think the forty quid to join would offset any discount on the ferry, and there are plenty of other campsites at less money.

Thanks, we were regular travellers on Stena line (4 returns a year via Harwich) and paying the yearly subs was saved in many times, as we have not been back for 3+ years I am unsure if any other of the clubs give good offers.
What app or site do you use for finding good campsites in UK.

I use this site to look for sites in the UK; we prefer the small CL sites but it gives you a good overview of all sorts including private and car parks:-

If you are coming out of season, haven have really cheap deals, usually about £10 a night, and there are loads more on various apps. www.searchforsites the best one for UK or park4night.
