2 trucks coming towards me on a tight bit of road the first one moves and the second one didn’t smashed mirror into glass, tried to get details but not possible and couldn’t turn in time to follow him.

Maybe should have asked for a dash cam for Christmas, at least you would have the reg number on camera.

No all ok but my dog in the passenger seat was a nervous wreck

Happened with my first RV many years ago and fortunately just glass broken. I have since always carried a spare piece of mirror and gaffa tape as insurance.

Is it not just knock for knock. A couple of years ago i came into contact with a 4x4 wing mirror just a small flick very narrow road . Carried on next minute an irate woman next to me saying pull over you have smashed my mirror. Pulled over her mirror was broken mine was ok, exchanged details never heard anything . Dont think insurance are interested and cant be proven whos at fault!
