Faulty front led light

I have a 2007 Fiat Benimar sport 230. It has two rows of small circular LED white lights at each side of the outside front. One of these has broken (the glass cover is missing). I am trying to find out how to get a replacement. Also, since noticing the broken led, that two strips seem to have stopped lighting up completely. Can you help or advise please.

Due to age i suspect these are aftermarket fitments. Without a photo i suspect you are on your own. Then there are some very knowledgeable people here who may be able to help. Welcome by the way
