Fan over hob replacment

Hi all,
The fan over the hob has failed, i have removed it and found a replacement the same part no watts etc but it has a 4 wire connection instead of a 2 wire, red and black connection. The question is what if anything do i do with the spare blue and yellow wires?

If it is a computer case fan black & yellow are normally 12v.
Post a pic and part number.

Hi Lenny, cant do a pic at the moment, the part no is PSD1209PLV2-A12 dc 4.2 w, 90x90x38 i can only find 4 wire model in China.
