Falcon Camera not working

Hi All,
I got a falcon reverse rear view wireless camera installed a month ago. Originally this was wired into the side light and after about 20 minutes it would shut off and turn itself back on and would gradually get worse when driving and do it every 10 seconds. The technician then wired ithe camera into the ignition thinking The can had a power issues but and it still doing the same thing. The place I bought it from are shut until next year, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas? I recon it’s maybe a faulty unit?

Sounds like it’s faulty - best to wait until the vendor is open again, and not try to fix it yourself…….

edit:I am assuming the vendor fitted it for you….?

Even though they are shut it may be worth emailing them to inform them that it’s still faulty and you need to arrange a replacement asap, otherwise they will be booking work in and you may have to wait in line.

Drop them an email then they will be aware when they open up that you have a problem

They are normally pretty good sorting stuff out (we have their Satellite system)
