Fake Frontline!

Saw an article recently about fake spark plugs being sold via Amazon. The fraud went something like :- Retailers that use Amazon fulfilment supply the warehouse with a selection of their goods, then Amazon send them out as required. The issue is, if several different shops send in the "same" items, e.g. Spark Plugs which have the same part number and packaging, they all get popped into the same "stock" location then it becomes a lottery as to which plugs you get when someone or a robot reaches into the storage bin ?
I wonder if this is what has happened here ?

Nothing new on the fake spark plugs… I will only buy these from a reputable dealer… had a nightmare with a Honda Fireblade engine trying to get it running right until I finally worked out it was fake plugs! 🤬

Same with a highly tuned 2.0 Turbo engine… high boost leads to issues with plug gaps, but if the actual plug is a piece of crap fake, you really can chase your tail…. coils packs, leads etc etc…

Don’t cheap out buying lower cost plugs. They will be fake! 🤬
