EZA Battery

Does anybody own a Bluetooth reset key for an EZA battery. If so I should be grateful if I could borrow/buy it. (We live in Cumbria) The Bluetooth is no longer working on our EZA battery and apparently EZA are no longer operating in this county. Could anybody could give us any help or advice with this problem.

if you ininstall and reinstall wont it reset and defaut to the original 000000 or something

If you mean uninstall the EZA app from my tablet, then I have done that to no avail. Thank you for that though.

Thank you. Road Pro no longer deal with EZA , but have tried their best to help. They suggested I wait for EZA to set up their new outlet in the UK , but not sure exactly when this will be . We really want to go to see my son at Christmas while still keeping Covid safe as I have a compromised immune system .
