I’m a newbie
We have spoken to two different salespeople from motorhome depot and they seemed very full on. We understand their job is to sell. Is there a way of finding reviews for this company on the forum?

Thank you

Don't know what you are after but did you know there are two distinct firms named very similar, the one you mention has had a few bad reviews but the other one called motorhome, 'department' is a firm I have dealt with a few times and can thoroughly recommend them. (y)

It all depends on the agent themselves. Some are arseholes, others are good. It’s all luck.

I didn’t know that. It’s a minefield out there. Thanks

We have spoken to two agents and It feels like trying to wade through all the bull.

There is a free for Motorhome Classified sales on this site.
ebay is a good place to sell a motorhome but insist on 'cleared funds in the bank' before the van goes away.
All Motorhome Depot do is slap 3 or 4 grand on your van and advertise on ebay anyway.

Thank you for the advice.

I bought my Campervan from ‘The Motorhome Depot’ based in Redditch ( they also have a showroom in Bromsgrove) and I dealt with Paul Chance (owner), I found him and the company very good, including after sales service ( I have had my campervan for 15 months).
When I researched the company, I found another company called ‘TheMotorhomeDepot.com’ which appeared to have had a number of bad reviews (although I have had no dealings with them)
They are two separate companies for your information.

This is the company I dealt with:

That woke me up. We have just ordered a new MH from Paul Chance. So far so good. Looks a decent outfit.

We've just bought our 4th secondhand vehicle, it's a great feeling moving to something new isn't it. What do you have at the moment and what's the new one?

I’m dealing with Motorhome depot at the moment selling my Globecar Campscout, I’ve found their agent that is dealing with our sale is very professional and knowledgeable.
The first person that they bought to look at our van spent 2 hours going through everything and they put a £500 deposit on it.
Just waiting now for the completion.

John.
