Exmouth This summer

Just called into Exmouth for a couple of days on the way back from Cornwall, and parked on the approved Long Stay Imperial Recreation Ground.
It looks like this will now be closed from April - September for some works to be completed. This sign was at the entrance.
So, with the only other area officially available (Echelon, along Queens road) all be it only up to 5.3mtrs, it looks like Exmouth may be a no go this summer for a lot of us.
