Good service can be hit and miss sometimes. When we do experience it, we feel we should tell others about it.
On our way From North Wales to Dover for the Italian job, our front offside tyre, which had been pumped up the night before, lost air pressure.
We pulled into Coventry services as we thought we had a slow puncture. There was an AA man in the car park sorting out another vehicule. He told us to go to Kwik Fit in Coventry.
It was 3.15 on a Sunday afternoon and Kwik fit was due to close at 4pm!
That did not matter to this firm.
Our service was first class and first rate. Jack and Andy took the wheel off, put it in a water bath but couldn't find a puncture, They decided it was a slow leak and re-stuck it with glue, rebalanced it, and we were on our way again before 4pm.
When I asked how much we owed they refused payment!
