Having downloaded the said control exit check-list,there is a column headed FRENCH HEALTH DECLARATION. What is that?

its a declaration stating that you are't unwell, you haven't been in contact with plauge carriers ,etc. & yo state 'on yor honor' to the above;

• A sworn declarationstating that:
  • You do not show signs of COVID-19;
  • To your knowledge, you have not been in contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the 14 days before travel;
  • You agree to submit, if you are aged 11 years or older, to a virological RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 upon arrival in France;

So you have to have a pcr test, not a LTF? That's not what I read elsewhere, lateral flow was OK

France accepts the vaccines recognized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA): Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
Proof of vaccination is valid only if it shows that the full course of the vaccine has been administered, i.e.:

• 2 weeks after the 2nd injection for two-dose vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca);
• 4 weeks after the injection for single-dose vaccines (Johnson & Johnson) ;
• 2 weeks after the vaccine for people who have previously had COVID-19 (only 1 injection needed).

Yes as MITHRANDIR said a lateral flow is ok & also changed to within 48 hours. Just the declaration still as it was.
