Can I ask where did you find the complaint form? I've just searched the Eurotunnel website with no luck.Just a wee follow up on my post earlier in the week.
Phoned Eurotunnel the other day and explained the situation regarding unused tickets and was told there were no plans to extend. I explained of the cases I'd saw on Social media regarding extensions and still no joy the rep I spoke to suggested I fill in the query complaint form explaining my situation.
Filled in the form yesterday explaining about the unused tickets I share with a fellow member on here and surprisingly today had a response extending my wallet by 12 months to June 2022.
Definitely seems a bit hit or miss regarding extensions from what I've read and who you get to respond..
