chausson c656
Hi all

We are travelling through France in August 2022 in our Chausson C656 for the first time. We have an Emovis tag for the tolls which we usually have on our car which I want to move onto out motorhome. I have a couple of questions:-

1. Given the overhanging cab, where is it best to put the tag on the windscreen?
2. Can we use the tag given the height of the C656 (3.06 metres)? The Emovis website suggests you can’t use it if your vehicle is over 3 metres in height.

Many thanks
Mark

We put ours on the dash top in one of the recess. We found top of windscreen didn’t work us. Yes , will be ok to use as you are camping car.

Thank you. Do you know if there are height sensors at the tolls?

We have just come back and the Emovis tag worked well but we only have an Elddis 115. I put the tag at the top of the windscreen by the blacked out bit as I have it in the car. Only exiting north of Beaune did we have a problem and a disagreement with the operator on the panic button as it refused to bip. Most of the time it worked from about 5m out but often we had to almost touch the barrier before it beeped! Came up as class 2.
