Does anyone know how long the batteries last in an Emovis Tag.
We received ours early 2019 but it hasn't been used since Sept 2019.
We will be going to France again in Sept and don't want to be caught out.
I can check the battery level on the website, but as we haven't been through a toll recently, I would imagine that the info is not up to date.

It says 5-7 years in their FAQs. I got mine in 2018 and it was fine in June this year.

Our last one was about 8 years before it came up as expired on the web site, I think they go by time rather than useage

If you go into your account I think it tells you when to replace it.
Ours is similar age I emailed them before we left for holiday a month ago and was told aok.
Still using it in France now so it's working. (y)

We got ours in 2017 i think. Used it a lot during this month no issues.
Don't they advise you if the battery is low???? or am i getting mixed up with the alarm:unsure:

They do advise you but as ours hasn't been through a toll for almost three years, I suspect they have no way of knowing what our battery level is. From what everyone has said, it should be good for another few years.

Same here, not used it since 2019 but it worked fine during this month when there.
