From our own personal experience, I think there are many “3500kg” vans that actually weigh more, through no fault of their owners, simply through inadvertent overloading. Our payload was so tight we were over weight without realizing it until we went on a weighbridge out of curiosity to find we were 3460 without any fuel or the dog!Does anyone have am Emmovis toll tag and hasn't disclosed that the motorhome is over 3500kg? Or does anyone else use an alternative for vans over 3500kg?
Thanks.

NoDo any of you that use Emmovis and are over 3500kg also use Angle Morts stickers?

If one has Angel of Death stickers, is one advertising that one is over 3500kg and therefore potentially posing oneself a moral dilemma which could simply be resolved by using a class 3 & 4 (HGV) toll tag - which wouldn’t (presumably) be Emovis or Fulli?Do any of you that use Emmovis and are over 3500kg also use Angle Morts stickers?

Err...are we supposed to? I took mine around France with my AM stickers on and had no problems with the barriers. I need to read the T&Cs...

We are a tag axel 5000kgs and 3.05mtrs and have no issuesProvided your van is not a twin axle and under 3m high you will have no problems

I guess that’s because the booths are no longer monitored. And the fact you are within the 3m tolerance limit you get through. We are a tag axel 5000kgs and 3.03mtrs and have no issues
Not sure and not bothered tbh, if the barrier lifts then I get charged class 2 and it’s lifted every time up to nowI guess that’s because the booths are no longer monitored. And the fact you are within the 3m tolerance limit you get through.

Yes and you can use it on any vehicleFurther Update. I've registered the tag and it says that the vehicle registration number is not required for the tag. Therefore I assume it must work entirely on height at the toll lane. They've not requested any vehicle info at all.
I like stuff that's simple like thatYes and you can use it on any vehicle
