After having my motorhome connected to the mains supply for a week or so, heating set at 10 centigrade, l went to it and there is no electrical supply to it. The vehicle starts up fine but no power indication anywhere else. Any suggestions please.

Was it showing as working when you left it?
Have you checked the fuses in the supply?

as already been said if the heater was working on hook up when u pu it on then the breakers have tripped either in the van or if the ehu cable is plugged via a UK plug adapter cable the fuse has gone.

Breakers have not tripped, will the control panel have it's own fuse?

What heating system is in the van?

Has the fuse blown in the 240V hook up lead ?

There are fuses on the boiler itself inside the black casing with PCB?

Start at the beginning and first check that the mains supplying socket (at the house?) is live by plugging something else in there; leccy drill, charger, table lamp, hair dryer etc..

There will be a fuse on your habitation controls on ours it’s a Schaudt EBL 30 transformer/rectifier plus a 2a fuse for theTruma CP plus on a separate fuse bank?

Thanks for all the help, hook up cable and breakers all in good shape. Dealership suggests looking at fuses under passenger seat, although not to accessible. I will keep you posted.

My breakers sometimes look like they are on BUT actually they're not! I now click them on and off a couple of times, using the trip button when possible.

Electrics sorted, identified as a software issue on the control panel, many thanks for all the feedback.
