Eldiss Autoquest 115 ... 2017 habitation door lock

Hi
I cannot use key to unlock from outside
only lock from inside

Any ideas.

When you look at the lock on the ouside the metal.. is misaligned to the plastic insert

Hi Hazel a photo of what you mean might be helpful. Wonder if someone has been 'having a go' at your lock
