Easylifter Hydratrail advice

Hi I see there has been various posts and information concerning the Easylifter Hydratrail trailer and I have seen many units being used behind camper vans and MoHo. What advice can anyone give please? Do towbar assemblies on MoHo need to be reinforced to successfully use this type of trailer? Are folding trailers any good?

The trailer is less strain on the towbar than the non wheeled version .
